Allen Edward Ridley

October 20, 1936-January 19, 2018

Cherished father, grandfather, brother and friend passed peacefully away on Friday, January 19, 2018 surrounded by family and in the loving arms of his daughter.

Predeceased by his loving wife of 54 years, Evelyn (December 25, 2012), brothers Rolley and Jack, and his parents Heber and Muriel.

Leaving to mourn are his children Sherry (Rick); Wendy (Ray); Linda (Bruce); Glenn (Carolyn), 11 grandchildren, Amy, Dayna, Jay, Ryan, Mark, Sarah, Devon, Paula, Leah, Brendan and Jeremy; great-grandchildren Hudson, Easton, Ethan, Garnett, Wayland, Ayla, Everett, Caiden, Julia and Hunter; sister June; and brothers and sisters-in-law Fred, Murray, Anna, Flossie, Marion, and Betty; also many other relatives and friends.

The Ridley family sincerely thanks everyone for their support. Al was a loving husband, caring father, and devoted Christian. He will always be remembered as a great family man and for his kind, friendly and happy manner, always ready to extend a helping hand to friend and stranger alike. He was always smiling, with a warmth and gentleness that will be missed. His kindness and compassion will live on in his family and all who knew him. We find comfort in knowing he has been reunited with Ev.
