Patricia Jean Weise, 80 of Lebanon passed away peacefully in the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Russell G. Weise. She was born in Lebanon on March 17, 1934, daughter of the late John and Myrle Poorman Leahy. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Patricia is survived by her daughters: Leslie A. Weise; Dana E. Conley; grandchildren: Paul Walsh and wife Nikki; Lindsey Koontz; Kari wife of Enrique Rodriquez; Lexie Weise; great-grandchildren: Brett, Collin, Cailyn, Jace, Gianni; sister: Gail wife of Steve Ogurcak all of Lebanon. Memorial service will be held on Friday, February 13, 2015 at 12:30 pm in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St with Rev. Micah Tuttle officiating. Interment will be made in Covenant Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 855 Tuck St., Suite 2, Lebanon, PA 17042.
