Evelyn G Roth

Evelyn G. Roth, 88, Lebanon, died Thursday May 3, 2012 in her residence. She was the wife of the late John A. Roth. She was born in Lebanon on November 10, 1923 a daughter of the late Claude and Grace Gerberich Kleiser. She was a 1941 graduate of Lebanon High School. She was a member of St. Luke’s U. M. Church for over 77 years and had presently been the oldest living member. She loved to sew, knit, crochet, do cross stitch and crossword puzzles. She is survived by a son: John D. and wife Janice E. Roth, Lebanon; granddaughter: Chelsea E. wife of Kyle D. Kohler, Lebanon; great-granddaughter: Emmalee. She was preceded in death by a brother: Claude Kleiser and sisters: Mary Jane Kleiser and Joyce Peffley. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042 where a viewing will begin at 10:00 A.M. Interment will be made in Grand View Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke’s U. M. Church, 2327 Lehman St., Lebanon, PA 17046 in Evelyn’s memory.
