David H Mumma

David H. Mumma, 84, of Lebanon died Monday, March 26, 2012 in the Lebanon V.A. Medical Center. He was born in Lemoyne, PA on November 1, 1927, son of the late David S. and Miriam S. Howard Mumma. He was a U.S. Navy veteran during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Grace Brethren (New Beginnings) Church, Myerstown. David was formerly employed by Irving Shoes at the Lebanon Plaza Mall and most recently by Schuylkill Valley Sports at the Lebanon Valley Mall. He enjoyed jogging, bicycling and was an avid sports fan. He is survived by his daughters: Kim Mumma, Lancaster; Lisa and her husband Bruce Kulp, Lancaster; son: David M. Mumma and wife Carol, Lebanon; grandson: Michael Mumma and wife Alysha, Cleona; great-granddaughters: Meryssa and Miranda Mumma. He was preceded in death by his brother Robert C. Mumma and his sister Martha Johnson. Graveside service will be held on Monday, April 2, 2012 at 10:30 AM in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville with the Rev. Dan Jackson officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Lebanon VA Medical Center, Hospice Unit, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042 The Rohland Funeral Home, Lebanon is handling the arrangements.
