Billie Light

Billie Lee Light, 68, passed away in Select Specialty Hospital, Harrisburg on Sunday, March 25th, 2012. He was born in Lebanon, son of Louise “Peg” Light Martin. Billie was the husband of Barbara Sterner Light. Mr. Light worked with his wife in Barbara Lights Cake Shop and as a Sales Associate with Wal Mart of Lebanon in the Sporting Goods Department. He was a graduate of Lebanon High. He enjoyed fishing, hockey, especially the Hershey Bears, baseball, especially the Phillies and his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a member of Living Waters Church, Lebanon where he was an usher and enjoyed the Men’s Ministry. Surviving is his wife, son: Rev. Christopher J., husband of Alysha Light, Jonestown; step daughter: Donna L., wife of Michael Griffiths of Lebanon; grandchildren and great grandchildren. A viewing will be held in the Rohland Funeral Home Inc. 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, Pa., 17042 on Thursday, March 29th, 2011 from 6:00p.m.until 8:00p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral Home on Friday, March 30th, 2012 at 10:00a.m. with his son Rev. Christopher J. Light and Pastor D. Dean Cover, pastors of Living Waters Chapel officiating. A viewing from 9:00a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in St. John’s Church of Mt. Aetna Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Billie’s memory to Living Waters Chapel Missions Fund 1900 Jay St., Lebanon, Pa., 17046.
