Robert John Wynkoop, age 82, of Bertram, Texas passed away on Friday, November 8, 2024. Robert was born in St. Charles, Missouri on January 20, 1942 to Everette and Jeanette (Holter) Wynkoop. Robert had lived in this area since 1988, moving here from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He worked as a Crane Operator for the City of Edina Minnesota, was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers and enjoyed woodworking. Robert and Barbara Albrecht were united in marriage on March 16, 1965 in Hopkins, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Peggy Robinson. Robert leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 59 years, Barbara Wynkoop; children, Lisa Corber and John (Irma) Wynkoop; grandchildren, Caden and Brandon Corber, John R. Wynkoop, Jr. (Shelby) and one great-granddaughter, Lyanna.
