Janet Lee Hupp was born January 11, 1940 in Wheeling, West Virginia, the daughter of Charles and Rose (Cook) Smith. She passed from this life November 9, 2022 in Leander, Texas at the age of 82. Janet had lived in Leander since 1991. She moved to Texas from Bridgeport, Ohio in 1984. She enjoyed playing the lottery, cooking, baking and crossword puzzles. She and Richard Hupp, Sr. were united in marriage in January of 1958 and he preceded her in death on May 7 2012. She was also preceded in death by her parents, siblings and a daughter, Linda Studley. She is survived by her children, Richard Hupp, Jr. (Nancy), Robert Hupp (Sandi Tidmore), Barb Kandis (Mike) and Butch Hupp (Michelle); grandchildren, Susie, Rikki, Michael, Zack, Shane, Bam, Tiffany, Chazz and Penny; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
