Brent D. Sterriker, 29, of Pflugerville passed away in his sleep on April 9, 2020. Born to Tim Sterriker, Sr. and Teresa Cobb Sterriker on January 25th 1991, Brent was a graduate of Pflugerville High School.
Brent was a figurehead in the BMX community, both locally and nationally. An avid racer, bike and wheel builder, and coach — he was adored by the 2-wheeled community. Brent was actively involved in bringing Pflugerville’s first and only nationally-sanctioned BMX track, expanding the sport for thousands of families.
He is survived by his wife of almost 8 years and high school sweetheart Amber and son Maximus. He also leaves behind his mother Teresa Sterriker, dad Tim Sterriker, Sr., brother Tim Sterriker, Jr. of Hutto and sister Brandie Sterriker of Austin. Brent is also survived by his maternal grandparents and several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
