Survivors include his wife, Betty Widmer; daughters, Christina Widmer, Tamara Nagel, Debra Beasley, and Georgia Lambert; brothers, Willard Widmer and Neil Widmer; sister, Betty Ibasfalean; ten grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Mildred Widmer; daughter, Betty Widmer; brothers, Claude, Walt, and Dean Widmer; sister, Jean Sadler and grandson, Christopher Evans Widmer.
A Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Victory Baptist Church from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Memorial service will follow at 3:00 pm with Bro. Gene Walters officiating.
