Mr. Bruce Riley Long, age 65 of Lawrenceburg passed away on February 2, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Wayne County, factory worker as siding applicator and a Baptist.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Staggs Long of Lawrenceburg, TN; two daughters, Belinda (B.J.) Bradley and Beverly (Wally) Howell all of Lawrenceburg, TN; a special mother-in-law, Nellie Gobbell of Lawrenceburg, TN; five grandchildren; five sisters, Betty (Neal) Moore and Mary (Danny) Kuehn all of Waynesboro, TN; Lou Ann (Roger) Hendrix and Kay Long all of Lawrenceburg, TN; Melissa (T.D.) Wescott of Hermitage, TN; a step-brother, Troy Gobble of Lawrenceburg, TN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby Edwin and Lillie Mae Lee Long; one brother, Dallas Long; one sister, Onetta Matney.

Funeral Service will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel, Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 2 pm with Ronald Mashburn and Jesse Cozart officiating and interment in

Lawrence County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo, Wednesday, February 3, 2016, 5 ~ 8 pm.
