Z. Elaine Givner was laid to rest next to her beloved son, Randy A Givner at Homewood Cemetary in Pittsburgh, PA.  She was part of a large family, parents McKinley and Mary Thelma Brown.  She was the third child and oldest sister of the eleven children which included four brothers and seven sisters.  As time passed, one thing fwas certain, her parents always had available babysisters for the younger children. 

Z. Elaine worked for the Penn Central/Conrail Railroad as train dispatcher  for many years, directing and coordinating safe train traffic, and later moved on to the payroll department. Upon her retirement, she continued her love of travel and her pursuit of personal enrichment.  Z. Elaine loved to cruise the world and because of her giving heart, she invited family and friends to enjoy her adventures at her expense.  She had an adventrous spirit and was never afraid to investigate and tackle a new interest.  Z. Elaine will surely missed.  Her sister, T.
