William A. Kody, 86, born to Alex W. Kotoff and Fannie W. Bukroff on June 18, 1929 on Mott Street, Los Angeles, California. William legally changed his last name Kotoff to Kody in the 90's. He also received many decorations. William received a medical discharge (honorable) in late 1952.
He is survived by three children, Michael Kotoff, Karey White and Colleen Van Vleck, and three stepchildren, Chris Napolitano, Randy Napolitano, and Joe Napolitano. Louise B. Kody, his wife, preceded him in death on May 21, 2015. Also his parents, brothers and sister, except Alex Kotoff (baby last), have preceded him.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 3-7, and again on Friday morning March 25, 2016 from 11-12 with a funeral service and entombment to follow. All services will be held at Palm Eastern Mortuary on 7600 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123.
