William graduated from the University of Wisconsin Platteville with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
William is survived by his spouse, Bonny Jean Blair; his son Mark Joseph Blair; his brother Robert James Blair.
William was preceded in death by his parents, James R. Blair and Wilda M. Blair (Solberg).
A graveside service for William will be held Monday, October 24, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Palm Northwest Cemetery, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89131, conducted by Rev. Anthony Boemio.
William will be laid to rest in Palm Northwest Cemetery, 6701 N. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89131; Garden of Freedom.
