Wanda is remembered by her family and friends for her sweet and caring nature. She loved her family and always made sure her kids and grandkids were well taken care of (especially for birthdays and holidays). She was strong willed and passionate!
Wanda was very involved in her children’s schooling. She worked at John A. Rowland High School in California for over 15 years. Wanda became very involved in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints when her and her husband, Bernard Hall, Sr., converted in the mid-1970s. Bernard and Wanda were member of the Rowland Heights Ward when they lived in California and were members of the Stone Mountain Ward once they relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Wanda’s hobbies included BINGO, BUNKO, sewing and crocheting. When she moved to Las Vegas, she discovered a love of NASCAR (especially the Busch brothers) and the Vegas Golden Knights hockey team.
Wanda is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Bernard C. Hall, Sr.; children, Bernard C. (Raquel) Hall, Jr. and Nicole L. (Robert “Troy”) McDonald; grand children, Nathan C. Hall, Samuel P. Hall, Timothy J. (Heather) Hall, Zachary M. (Megan) Hall, Regina L. Hall, Megan A. Hall, Auston T. McDonald, Alexander T. McDonald, Aidan T. McDonald and Ashton T. McDonald; five great grand children; and lifelong friend and cousin, Carol Kurner.
In addition to her parents, Wanda is preceded in passing by her step-father, Howard Singer.
A visitation for Wanda will be held Monday, November 25, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at Palm Mortuary - Northwest, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Palm Northwest Mortuary & Cemetery, 6701 N Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131.
