Walter Jackson

9, 1946 in Tallulah, Louisiana. Walter accepted Christ at an early age and

was baptized. He met and married Ernestine Smith February 19, 1967.

To that union were five children: Arthur Lee Jones Jr, Yolanda Smith

(Preceded him in death), Andra Abron, Walter Jackson Jr., and Denise

Jackson.

Walter retired from Coca Cola Bottling Co. in 1992 as a distributor after

20 years of service. Immediately after his retirement he moved to Las

Vegas, Nevada with his family.

Walter enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling with his sister,

Clovice. Walter is best known as “Grandpa”.

Walter leaves to cherish his memories: Wife: Ernestine Jackson.

Children: Arthur Lee Jones Jr (Rayville, Louisiana), Andra Abron,

Walter Jackson Jr, Denise Jackson, a furry son “Oreo Jackson” and one

son in law Gregory Abron all of Las Vegas. His favorite eight

(Grandchildren): Derrick Chance Jr of (Dallas, Texas), Jalen Abron,

Devin Lee of (London, England, United States Air Force), Colyn Abron,

Destiny Johnston, Serenity Johnston, Deshawn Johnston, ZiAndra Abron

and one great granddaughter Brooklyn Chance of (Dallas, Texas)

Siblings: James Jackson (Christine) of Chicago, Illinois, Mary Haywood of

(Texas City, Texas), Clovice Gathrite (Johnny) of Las Vegas, Nevada,

Lillie Young (Frank) of Tallulah, Louisiana and George Jackson (Janice)

of Fort Worth, Texas and a host of family and friends.
