Thomas A. Buckley, 47, a heavy equipment operator, of Las Vegas, passed away April 23, 2012. He was born July 22, 1964, in Jeannette, Pa., and was a resident of Nevada since 1978. Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Clyde A. Buckley. Thomas is survived by his mother, Jean A. Buckley; sisters, Sherri (Howard) Hughes and Terri (John) Engle; nephews, Wes (Maya) Engle and Zach (Meghan) Engle; great-nephew, Karik Engle; his special friend Dawn Carter; and four-legged companions, Zoey and Libby. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 28, at Palm Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. Donations can be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 5542 S.
