Susan Elaine Prince, 47, a pit clerk at The Mirage, of North Las Vegas, passed away July 25, 2011. She was born June 19, 1964, in Elmira, N.Y., and was a 14-year resident of Nevada. Susan cherished her family, extended family, co-workers and friends. She was an avid New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. Among her many favored activities were, dancing, boating on Lake Mead, backyard BBQ's and lounging in her pool with friends and family. Susan was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Durkin. Susan is survived by her husband, Larry; children, Joey Prince, Shawn Prince, Richard Hauf III, Alex Hauf and Hillary Hauf; mother, Shirley Durkin; brother, Arthur Durkin; sisters, Mary Leonard and Karen Nichols; former husband, Richard Hauf Jr.; and grandchildren, Coby, Brooklyn, Alysen. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 30, at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Donations can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
