Susan and I were best friends in 7th grade. I saw her in SLC with her mom in 1975 or 1976. We wrote one another for a few years, but lost touch as we moved around. I'm just finding out that Susan has passed. So young and beautiful, it breaks my heart. My sincere condolences to Susan's family. The photos are priceless and Susan appears to have lived well and loved deeply.

Good morning sweetheart it has been one year today sense you have went to a better place and there is not a day that goes by that I don't think about you and miss you my life has changed a lot but I much rather have what we had it is not the same with out you and  I love you very much

Good morning sweetheart I was up in Bryce Cayon with the dogs for six days just got home late yesterday so am writing you now I wanted to say Happy Birthday and I love you very much and miss you a lot specially if I go somewhere I need my buddy all the Criffield's all miss you to Raider still looks for you

When I open the fridge i can still hear “you hungry bud? I can make you something, what do you want?” 
I love you so much and just wish we could have one more conversation, one more hug, one more hair brush, one more Guitar Hero jam out. Dont worry I’m looking out for Papa and Dad. SusieBelle, so many wonderful memories!  How do I put a lifetime into words!  Our Sunday horseback ride thru the desert, it may have been a little out of control and you weren't able to walk or sit at work the following day.  Our family trips from Alcatraz to Ireland and back!  Your greatest love was your family and love of life itself.  I will truly miss you and know we will be together again to share tears of laughter.

Susan Deskin was the best (and coolest) mother-in-law and grandmother for my children that I could ever hope for. She loved unconditionally and fearlessly, and she is loved and missed SO MUCH! 

Gone too soon, she loved her family and life and lived it to the fullest. She could outdance anyone (and I mean REAL dancing), leave me in the dust on Guitar Hero, and had the best stories of concerts and adventures she had been on. Her grandchildren and I have wonderful memories with her that we will cherish forever.

Whatever awaits on the other side, I hope there is the chance to see her once more. One more laugh together. One more hug. One more "I love you".  Goodnight, Sue.

My sister Susie came into my life when she married my brother when I was only 13. We became good friends right away. She was fun , pretty and liked to do girly stuff with me . I spent many great times with Mike, Sue and their family . Sue LOVED to fish . I once saw her catch a fish with a snickers bar.  Many of our vacations were camping and fishing  and playing in the water. We spent many wonderful holidays together.  Sue was a awesome cook. Mike loved the way she made all his favorite dishes and would only eat them if Sue made them.  Susie I will miss you  more then words can say. I love you SusieBelle until we meet again we will all try to take care of the love of your life Mike.

I remember Sue (née Nicewander) as a happy little girl who lived across sand creek from us in Aurora, CO.  I recently connected with George, her brother, who has been a friend since we were in Junior High school.  That's when I learned the sad news.  

I send my sincere condolences to her family and will say a prayer or two for her and you all.

Our summer vacations spent with Susie and all her brothers in Montana are some of the fondest memories of my childhood! Great times camping, fishing and just having a grand old time. Sue will be missed, but I have so many wonderful memories!

Well, we can’t say enough about our Best ol’ little buddie, Sue.  How can we thank you for all of the love, wonderful times and memories that we will cherish from the last 25 years?  Just to name a few:  Boating at Lake Mead, pool parties, Raider games, Oakland, San Francisco, San Diego boat excursions, Mexico, cruises to Mexico and Hawaii, ziplining in the jungle in Hawaii, local concerts and downtown Las Vegas fun, our Harley days riding all over, Sturgis (where everyone loved ooo-ing and awh-ing over your Raider Trike) and Cam-am’ing in the mountains of Utah.  Sometimes, it was as simple as sitting in the Hummer in the garage with the music up as loud as it will go, singing our hearts out.  We shared so many fun times together and we were hoping for so many more yet to come.  Sue, you were a beautiful person inside and out and we will miss you so much.  Please take our kisses from Wednesday with you to Heaven and keep dancing, our friend.  We will see you again.  We love you!  Mike and Kiki

From the moment you met Susan she made you feel like you where apart of the family. The first thing she would always ask is how you where doing and about others in your life. She radiated love and kindness and it was a pleasure to have known her for the years that I did. I will never forget the pool parties at the house and her sitting there making sure we were all fed and hydrated. She would come to our football games and sit with my grandma regardless of how awful our team was cause she was always there to support her boys. My condolences to the entire family and I am sending you all the love in the world right now in this extremely difficult time. We were all lucky to know have know Susan and am extremely grateful for everything she had done for me.

A rock and a flower all in one. You were strong and yet delicate as well. I can't believe I am here writing this today. My heart breaks writing this. I will never forget all the great times we had, and all the parties we had and went too. The cruise we took was a memory I will never forget and going to Paul Revere and the Raiders concert. Such great memories that can't be forgotten and neither will you my friend. Love ya lady and I will miss you. May your soul forever R.I.P. 

Susan never let me come into the house without a  proper welcome hug, And a sincere conversation of sharing past memories of her holding me as Baby! She always welcomed me into her home with literal open arms and showed me love has no timestamp. With full belly's and a smile on our face she made sure Demi and  I was ready to tackle any obstacles ahead. We love you-PorkChop
