Steven Bret Johnson

Steven “Bret” Johnson, age 59, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021. Bret was born on December 22, 1961 in Long Beach, California to Helen Louise Chenoweth and Warren Lenard Johnson. Bret is survived by his two children, Shaun and Samantha of Las Vegas, Nevada, sister Deb Gelet and brother Randy Johnson, of Idaho, and a host of extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by the mother of his beloved children, Gina Johnson.

Earlier in life, Bret was a cement truck driver, pumped concrete and drove for UPS. Prior to recently moving back to Las Vegas, Bret lived life by the water in Lake Havasu City, Arizona where he owned and operated his own business. When Bret wasn’t working, he enjoyed his time on the water and loved anything with a motor. Bret was a wonderful father and friend to all who knew him and would do anything for anybody he knew. Bret truly had a big heart and always thought of others before himself.

In place of traditional services, the family will be having a celebration of life for everyone to come together to share memories and stories of Bret. Bret will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. May Bret’s impact on all of our lives never be forgotten.
