Soon Ae Phillips, 66, currently residing in Las Vegas passed away Jan. 16, 2016 suddenly of heart failure. It was very unexpected as she was a very vivacious person with lots more life left to live with her family and friends. She was born August 1, 1949 in S. Korea to Mr. Sun Bok Bae and Mrs. Oak Ja Bae. She was married to Ceaser Phillips until his untimely passing 6 years ago. Soon was a very kind and generous person. She was always looking to help others and put their well being before her own. She was a beloved daughter to her parents whom she cared for deeply. She had many friends and loved to spend time with her friends. She is survived by her two children Bonnie, Bryan and six wonderful grandchildren. She will missed dearly by all. We pray for her as she will be reunited with her heavenly father.
