Shirley Miller, 82, went to be with her Lord and Savior, on January 23, 2021. She was born at home, November 1, 1938, to Robert and Beatrice Matlock. She was a faithful wife to Gaston Crigger, who served in the United States Air Force, and a loving mother to her five children.
Shirley worked in the food service industry at “The Running Chef” located at Nellis Air Force Base, from the early 1970’s until her retirement in the early 1990’s. She loved painting, good food, going to church, socializing, and game night with her lady friends. More importantly, she enjoyed talking on the phone or video chatting with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She had an uncanny sense of humor, and a wonderful smile, that would light up a room.
She is survived by her daughter, Roxanne D’Amore, son, Gaston Crigger, son, Robert Crigger, daughter, Sharon Stingley,10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, 10 siblings, her son David Crigger and grandson, Aaron Cummins.
