Sherri Babs Swezey

Sherri Babs Swezey, 56, unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday March 21, 2018. Sherri was born on December 17, 1961 to Leonard and Claire Koven (Freilich) and was a Las Vegas resident for 16 years. She is preceded in death by her father and survived by her mother; daughter, Samantha Swezey; four sons, Matt, Alex, Michael, and Erik; brother, Craig Koven; her boyfriend, Stephen Kaner and his daughter, Crystal and her son Josh. Sherri was a devoted mother, tried to help anyone in need, was very involved in music and the arts, and her Jewish community. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday March 28, 2018 at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1500 N. Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. Family requests that memorial donations be sent to Jewish Family Service Agency of Las Vegas. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
