It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to all who knew her.
Frances, who loved to be called “Nana” by her Grandchildren, departed her loving family on April 28th, 2022 with her loving husband of 57-years, John by her side.
Frances was born in Clovis, New Mexico on August 3, 1941, to Vance R and W. Lois Devenport. She was raised alongside her siblings; Joel, Barbara, Linda, and Vance “Richard”, who she loved and thought the world of.
Frances graduated from Clovis High School in 1958 then nursing school in 1960 at the age of 19 and continued nursing until she retired. She married her best friend on February 20, 1965, and they were lifelong companions for 57 wonderful years! They were blessed with four children and two sons-in-law: Mary “Lois” and husband Dan Rusu, Charles “Chuck” Saulnier, Shara June and husband Steven Campbell, and Kevin Saulnier.
Her treasures were her grandchildren; Kristy Waffle (husband Eric), Krystal Ganulin (husband Aaron), Stephanie Martinez (husband Dominic), John Saulnier (wife Heather), Kansas Murchio (husband David), Savanah Saulnier, Christopher Saulnier, Daniel Humphrey (wife Kelsey), Rachael Humphrey, and Xandria Molinari (husband Dominic). Great-grandchildren; Jeffrey, Bryce, Bailey, Austin, Gunner, Maria, and Asher Ganulin / Khloe, Trevor, and Jayden Waffle / Mercedez, Melani, Charles John “CJ”, and Aiden Saulnier / Henry Murchio / Koa, Kaden, and future baby girl Molinari / Angelica and Miranda Martinez.
She has many nieces and nephews all over whom she loved dearly!
She had many hobbies such as sewing, painting, scrapbooking, and many, many more talents. She always put her all into everything she did. She enjoyed making things for her family. She loved making Christmas cards with her daughters Lois and Shara and sending them to everyone she loved. She loved the holidays and family get-togethers.
She loved the many pets she had throughout the years but Peaches, Precious, and Coco won her heart over.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents Vance and Lois Devenport, and siblings Joel Devenport, Barbara Hardin, and Linda Boylan. Her son Charles “Chuck” Saulnier.
