Sean Damion Frison-May was born on September 12, 1970 in Los Angeles, CA and passed away on June 16, 2021 in Las Vegas, NV. Sean Frison-May is survived by his wife, Olukemi Frison-May; his children Brielle and William Frison-May; his mother, Cynthia Loretta Frison; his father, John May; his siblings, Shannon Woodson, Cheyenne Blake, Dara Brown, Anastasia Davis, John V. May, Jasmine May, and Melody Kheres; and his nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family members, and friends.
Sean was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA with his mother and siblings. He graduated from Reseda High School. As a young adult, he joined the Army and was proud to have served his country. He later moved to Las Vegas, NV and met his wife, Kemi in July of 2009 at an event hosted by a fraternity. Although Sean was not a member of a Greek organization, fate stepped in on that magical night and the two never parted. They were married for 10 years and have two children together, ages 9 and 3. Sean’s interests included collecting comic books, specifically Marvel comic books and putting together model kits of Star Wars and Star Trek battleships. He collected every figure from Star Wars, Star Trek and Marvel heroes and villains. He became interested in these hobbies as a young child and continued to enjoy them as an adult. In the many pictures that he has taken or shared, his love for Science Fiction, Star Wars, and Marvel were displayed on his t-shirts and other items that he collected over the years. Sean was also passionate about music and had a very large collection from various artists and genres. From classical music to gangster rap, if you were looking for a song, Sean probably had it in his collection of more than 5000 songs. Sean was the go to person in the family regarding electronics as well and stayed current on the newest trends in technology. Sean was probably best known for his ability to silence an entire room and get everyone’s attention with his deep voice. It was definitely one of a kind! For Sean, being a dad to Brielle and William brought him the most joy and fueled his life. He enjoyed sharing his hobbies and interests with them, which they naturally took a liking to as well. He also enjoyed being with family and friends to celebrate the holidays and other special occasions. Sean, we will continue to celebrate your life in all that we do and we are so grateful to have had you in our lives.
