Scott was oldest of three children. His brother, Jeff Wilkum, preceded him in death. Scott was raised in Milwaukee, WI and Tempe, AZ. He graduated from McClintock high school in Phoenix, Arizona as well as attended Phoenix Community College.
He gave his life to Christ at an early age. He went on to serve his country as a member of the United States Army where he served in Germany. Later received an Honorable Discharge.
Scott fell in love and married Maureen Dorsey 24 years ago. They shared a great loving and fun relationship. He was truly a great husband, son, brother, father and grandfather. He loved his family.
He was employed at Keolis Transit for 6 years. His hobbies were watching the Green Bay Packers (his favorite football team), reading, camping and “working”. He loved his job! Scott passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019 in the privacy of their home surrounded by his loving wife and a few family members.
Scott leaves to cherish his memory: his loving and devoted wife, Maureen; his mother Loreli Toleu of Mesa, AZ; father Raymond Wilkum of Scottsdale, AZ; brother Chris Wilkum of Phoenix; five children: son Adam Wilkum (Ashley) of Connecticut; daughter Andrea Wilkum of Phoenix; daughter Nicole Cox (Trevor) of San Francisco; step-son Kelley Prince (Jennifer) of Wisconsin; and step-daughter Jasmine Henry (Brice) of Virginia; six grandchildren: Olivia, Tyrone, Kyrihana, Jaxon, Cassidy, Carson; and a host of relatives and friends.
