Sandra Faye Cook

Sandra “Sandy” Cook passed away peacefully on February 7, 2019. She was 72 years old. Sandra was born in Mountainair, New Mexico in 1947. After graduating high school, she went on to college at Northern Arizona University where she was a business major. It was there that she met her husband Gerry Albright and they were married in 1969. They moved to Topock, Arizona where they raised their daughter Erin.

Sandra worked for Citizens Utilities until her retirement in 1999 and then moved to Las Vegas and went to work for Nevada Power which she retired from in 2004.

She was a long time member of the BPW – Business and Professional Women.

Some of her favorite hobbies were: Quilting, sewing, crocheting and pretty much all crafts.

She is survived by her daughter Erin Boone and Erin’s husband Dennis Boone.

She was preceded in death by: Her father, HB Cook, her mother Lois Cook and her ex-husband Gerald Albright.
