RUTH SAVAGE Ruth G. (nee Baskin) Savage, beloved spouse, wonderful mother, proud grandmother, doting great-grandmother and friend of many, left us Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Ruth passed away peacefully after a long battle with diabetes and dementia. She was educated in the Washington D.C. public schools, graduating from Dunbar High School in 1952. She had a wonderful life, with much love, great joy, adventurous travels around the world, and a family who loved her with all their hearts. She was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings. Ruth is survived by her husband, Bumon; three children; five grandchildren; two great grandsons; five siblings; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 6. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 7, both at Palm Mortuary, 7400 West Cheyenne Ave., Las Vegas, NV. Burial will be at 10:40 a.m. Friday, May 8, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV.
