Russell was a very kind and compassionate man. Russ and my cousin Gail his wife always were very happy when they were together. He will be missed.

   You always knew how to have a good time! I will definitely miss your laugh! Some of my funniest memories are with you! 

To Gail and family....I am so extremely sorry for your loss. I did not know you and Russ, but I certainly know Melissa, Scott and the kids. I see where Melissa gets her sense of love, commitment and most definitely her sense of humor. Melissa your tribute to your Dad is amazing and from the heart. Mason....your Papa IS proud of you and he will never truly leave any of you. You are reflections of him and will carry him with  you throughout life. Proud of the man you are and will continue to become. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time of grief and will continue during these difficult times ahead. 

I’ll never forget our holiday het togethers. Russ’  humor and infectious laughter made him the life of the party. He and Gail would light up the room every time  they walked into a gathering. 
I will never forget the way Russ looked at Gail.  You could feel the love they have for each other. ❤️ ❤️❤️ 
We will miss Russ dearly but his memory will live on always.  

I had enjoyed working with Russ since 2017 when I joined SR. He was always patient when I would ask him a million questions about the projects he was supervising. He was helpful and generous with his time and expertise and respected by his peers and the trade partners who worked with him.  

Whenever I saw Russ and Gail together, it made me smile. They held hands and invariably laughed, smiled, and enjoyed each other's company. He would say, "I'll see you all tomorrow, I'm heading home to my beautiful wife." My heartfelt thoughts and prayers to Gail and their family. Russ will be greatly missed by all. 

Papa, It doesn’t feel real knowing that you aren’t here with us anymore. You were the best Papa anyone could’ve asked for. You were always there for us when we needed you the most, you were the most hard-working person i’ve known. You are a huge part of who I am today. With your experiences, love, and compassion, you’ve helped me chose a life of my making and helped me see what really matters in life and to always look into things and see the bigger picture. You motivate me everyday, every time I woke up early to go to work, I knew you were already up doing the same thing, and thought if Papa can do it so can I. I always have and still look up to you because you did it all, I enjoyed every minute we got to spend together, my only wish is to hug you one last time. Your family loves you very much and misses you, I love you very much Papa, I know you are in a better place now, rest easy Papa.

You are the most amazing person! The most selfless person I know.  You would do anything for anyone.  Your family, friends, children and grandchildren adored you and looked up to you so much! You were a loving husband and best friend to your wife. You always made sure you were having a good time and always making everyone laugh. Some of my best memories are just having dinner at your house and dancing the night away or hearing you tell funny stories and taking funny family photos. .. Halloween will not be the same without you for sure! You loved that holiday.  This man  gave the best hugs and always made sure he told his kids he loved them.  We are all going to miss you so much!
