Ruby L Neely, age 96, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023. Ruby was born in Lorman, MS. Beloved companion of Raymond McKay for 35 years. Loving mother of Ruby, Edna, Donald and Debra. Dear grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 15. Also survived by her cousin Shirley and son in law Michael. Ruby was preceded in death by her children Pam and Lamont.

A memorial service will occur Wednesday, August 30, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, August 30, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Palm Eastern Cemetery, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
