Rose Carmel Gilbert

Rose Carmel Gilbert, 76, Las Vegas Nevada, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Summerlin Hospital. She grew up and attended school in Tracy Minnesota. Rose attended Beauty College and worked in Minneapolis. She was a bank teller, book keeper and homemaker. She married Larry Gilbert on Oct. 17th 1970 in Minneapolis MN. She moved to their home in Las Vegas NV in 2000. She is proceeded in death by her parents Wilfrid and Augusta Green and Mary Waclawik (sister). She is survived by her husband Larry Gilbert; Leah Chuba, Jim Green (Kathy); Marge Pfeifer (Jim); Don Green (Bev); and many nieces and nephews.

A service and Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday April, 27th 2024, at Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave, Las Vegas NV. 89129. A gathering of family and friends will be held in June of 2024 in Minneapolis MN. In lieu of flowers or gifts, Memorials can be made to The Veterans and First Responders through the Gary Sinise Foundation. Rose is no longer with us, but will forever remain in our hearts. May she rest in eternal peace.

A memorial service for Rose will be held Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129.
