Rosalina Bie Galang

Rosalina was born on March 6, 1941 to Jovita Valencia and Emilio Bie, both from Santa Rita, Pampanga, Philippines. She was married to Bernardo Galang of Macabe, Pampanga in 1969.

Rosalina grew up in the Philippines where she studied Home Economics in college at Far Eastern University. She and Bernardo raised their beautiful family where they lived in Brookside, Rizal. She and her family immigrated to New Jersey in the US in 1991 and started working in the airline food preparation industry.

She loved sewing, gardening, and especially cooking marvelous dishes that everyone in her family loved. She especially loved traveling and spending time with close friends and relatives all over the US.

Rosalina retired happily and moved with her family to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2002 where she continued to maintain a wonderful home close to family and relatives.

Rosalina was preceded in death by her parents and son Ferdinand Galang.

She is survived by her husband Bernardo; daughter Maria Galang-Dizon; son Bernardo Galang; and granddaughter Tiffany.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 with a burial at 1:00pm; all services will be held at Palm Eastern Mortuary and Cemetery.
