Rosalie Williams, born July 14, 1921, went home to be with her Lord March 31, 2010. She spent her 88 years well in service to the Lord and others. She was born in Lincoln, Neb., but spent many years building her family in Champaign County, Ill. In 1942, she married Martin Williams, "Smokey" (deceased). In 1964, they moved to Las Vegas. She worked as a secretary for many schools including Rancho H.S., Mountain View E.S. and Myrtle Tate E.S. After retirement, Rosalie spent her time enjoying her family. She had three daughters, Judy Branson (Wayne) from Sidney, Ill., Marsha Espinoza (Daniel, deceased) and Linda Steele (Percy), all of Las Vegas. Rosalie was also adored by her 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 6 and 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, with services following, all at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Interment will be at a later date in Sidney, Ill.
