Ronald John Foglia

Ronald John Foglia, 77, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at Saint Rose Dominican Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ron was born to Guiseppe Foglia and Mary Kachadoorian on August 22, 1942 in Los Angeles, Calfornia.

Ronald Foglia and Lynn Wilder were married April 17, 1971. To this union were two children, Wade Joseph and Amber Michelle.

On September 24, 2005, Ron and Brenda Chow were married.

Ron was the owner of a swimming pool contracting business in Las Vegas for over 40 years. He retired in 2017, allowing him to enjoy spending more time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. Ron enjoyed boating, traveling, and off-roading in his Razor. Ron owned a cabin in Utah, where he enjoyed fishing and spending time in the mountains. He dearly loved his five grandchildren, Rylee Lynn (18), Reagan Jo (12), Kendall Maryn (9), Lydia Jade (15), and Ryder Greyson (7).

Ron was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Chow; son, Wade Joseph Foglia and his wife Heather of Las Vegas, NV.; daughter, Amber Michelle Haehn and her husband Roman of Dallas, TX.; sister, Susan Scherr and her husband Larry of Las Vegas, NV.; grandchildren, Rylee Lynn Fitzpatrick, Reagan Jo Foglia, and Kendall Maryn Foglia, all of Las Vegas, NV; stepchildren, Benjiman Fong and his wife Alexis of Castro Valley, CA, and Angela Olguin and her husband Benito of San Leandro, CA; and step-grandchildren, Lydia Jade Olguin and Ryder Greyson Fong.

Viewing for friends and family will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Palm Southwest Mortuary Las Vegas, NV. Funeral service will be held at The Crossing Christian Church on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 2:00 PM, Pastor Shane Philip presiding. A reception immediately following the service will be held Giuseppe’s Italian Grille, 6065 S. Durango Dr.
