Robert was my neighbor in 1970.  We spent many many hours at the pool at Pioneer Park.  We would have diving competitions and play all kinds of games.  Robert was a great diver.  He was my first crush, I was 10 so I think he thought I was a little twerp.  I ran into Robert and Cheryl at Brian Head when they were on their honeymoon? I think.  I'll never forget him.

May you rest in peace Robert, knowing that you did an excellent job raising your children.  They put together a wonderful service for you.  They are awesome.

Perhaps those are not stars in the sky but rather openings in the heavens where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Robert. My Brother, Eldon and he were such good friends and that is how we met Robert also. He was a great help to our family at the time of Eldon's death. They are together again.

Mayes family,

What a long time knowing such a nice friend. I met Robert in 1970 in the sixth grade at Christmas time we became instant friends.. Though going in different directions it was always nice to run across him in our journeys and will be remembered forever.

Dear Cheryl, Robert talked a lot about his love for you & his family. The last time i took hem to the ER I stayed with hem until the med. The Doc. gave hem helped hem sleep. He wanted to make sure that you all know

So sorry to hear of your loss Cheryl. I know we have not seen each other in many years, but that does not mean I never thought of you two. My prayers are with you and your family and all the children at this time. My mother Terrie Houpt and Aunt Carol Cozart will be attending the memorial. Robert is someone I will never forget.  We went to school together for years in Indian Springs, Nv.  His kind nature, huge heart, true friendship and great sense of humor made him special to so many people.  If no one else could make me laugh, Robert always could, and did often.   Even though I hadn't seen Robert in many years, he will remain in my heart forever.  My love and prayers are with his family during this most difficult time.
