25th in his home, at the age of 73.
Rich was born on November 8, 1946 to Leonard and Lillian White. He lived in Hammond until
he was 28 years old, at which point he move his family to Las Vegas, where he lived a full life
with love of the city he made home until his passing.
Rich worked in the hospitality/service industry as a bartender for 23 years. He took an early
retirement after heart surgery at age 53. When he wasn't working he enjoyed life! Golfing, trips
to Cabo, socializing with friends, shooting pool and his most recent love The Vegas Golden
Knights. Yet his biggest passion was baseball. Go White Sox!! He was a season ticket holder to
the minor league team in Vegas for many years which he enjoyed the games with his friends
whom he considered family and special games with his Grandchildren.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents Lillian and Leonard White, his brother Frank
White, his sister Michalene Finley and his son Zachary White. He is survived by his brother
Lenny white, daughter Theresa Stanley and son Aaron white, 8 grandkids; Savannah, J.T.
Zachary Jr. Donato, Bobby, Courtney, Bradley and James.
