Richard Arlyn Sparks

Rick passed away at the age of 69 years young, he was the son of the late George Robert Sparks and Barbara Anne Hogan, from Portsmouth, Ohio.

Rick is survived by his only daughter, Christina Sparks and is grandsons; Dominick, Noah and Julian. His Uncle Kenneth Hogan sister Barbara Lynn Sparks, brother Tony Sparks, nephews Robert "Anthony" Sparks, Christopher Sparks, and Ryan Sparks, nieces Amber Sparks-Munoz, Angeline Sparks, and Krystal Sparks. As well as an abundance of cousins, great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to his parents, Rick was also proceeded in death by his brother, John WIlliam Sparks, his grandmother Anna Ashmore Sparks, and his son Travis Sparks.

The family would like to say, thank you in advance for all the condolences and heartfelt messages expressed. There will be two celebrations of life for all friends and family to have the opportunity to come and share their stories, memories, and photos of Rick and give all who knew him a place to say your last respects and celebrate his journey through this life.

The first will be hosted by Christina Sparks and will be within the upcoming week and another hosted by Barbara Lynn in two months time. Until then, we ask that you take care of yourselves and each other.
