Richard Aldine Freeman, age 81, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023. Richard was born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania on June 23, 1942.
Mr. Freeman worked as a firefighter for the city of Waynesboro and a retired police officer for the city of Baltimore.
Private family services are being planned.
