Renee Marie Bassett

Renee Marie Bassett passed away on March 5, 2013, in Henderson, Nevada. She was born on January 10, 1966. She is survived by her two sons, Alec (AJ) and Carter; and step-daughter Alison Kinman. She is also survived by her parents, Keith Basset and Bernadine (Bernie) Bassett; her step-mother, Dianna; her sisters, Teresa Bassett and Penny (Brian) Fife; her niece, Chariane Forrey; and her nephews, Brandon, Bradley, and Brady Fife. She was originally from Minnesota but grew up in Las Vegas and is a graduate of Bishop Gorman Catholic High School, Class of ’84. She was a dentist whose practice was located in Henderson but brought smiles to many all over Las Vegas through her dental practice and her beautiful spirit. Visitation services will be held on Friday, March 8th at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., Las Vegas, NV 89101 from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 9th at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines, Las Vegas, NV 89118 at 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bassett Scholarship Memorial Fund, for the children, at any Wells Fargo location.
