Reba Joyce Oliver

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, July 16, 2022 in the chapel of Canyon Ridge Christian Church. Burial will be held privately by the family.

Reba Joyce Jennings was born in Madison County, Alabama to Guysell and Durwood Jennings on September 28, 1936. She married John Van Gorder Sr. on June 21, 1955 in Crestwood, IL. She had worked at various office jobs throughout her life. She enjoyed square dancing and for a short time had a hobby of making cakes. Reba is preceded in death by John Van Gorder Sr.

Reba was also married to Ron Oliver on March 16, 2001 in Las Vegas, NV. She also enjoyed square dancing with Ron and enjoyed being with Ron's grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by Ron Oliver.

Reba is survived by her son John Van Gorder Jr. and Linda. She is also survived by her step children Rick and Kathie Oliver: a brother Jack Jennings and Penny: step grandchildren Scott and Bridget Zavsza, Jim and Andrea Katona, Brandy Katona and DRay Williams: step great grandchildren Brittnie Katona, Hunter Okeson, Jimmy Katona, Chase Zavsza, Haley Zavsza, Ricky Tuiletufuga, Carmella Tuiletufuga, Ashleigh Oliver.
