Ramona passed away on November 19, 2012 at at home in Las Vegas, Nevada surrounded by her family. Ramona was born on November 10, 1928 at at home in Managua, Nicaragua. She was the daughter of Simon Delgado and Emilia Cortez Delgado. She was a resident of Las Vegas since 1978. Ramona is survived by her eight children, four sons, Silvio, Hector, Ramon, and Paul, and four daughters, Mercedes, Rosa E., Helena, and Martha; twenty-two grandchildren, Lenin, Luis, Karina, Carolina, Marvina, Emely, Silvio, Hector, Silvia, Joeanne, Jose Alberto, Helena, Christopher, Estefania, Fernando, Adrian, Alejandra, Martha, Melissa, Brandon, Katia, and Angel, five great-grandchildren, Ashton, Giulianna, Alex, Brian, and Sara; three sisters, Estella, Olga, and Francisca, and one brother, Orlando. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 30th at 5:00pm at Palm Mortuary, 1600 South Jones Boulevard.
