Ralph was born and raised in Zamboanga City, Philippines and worked at various hospitals in Southern California as Health Information Management Supervisor until he was diagnosed with Cancer.
Ralph was fondly called "Api" by family, was a sweet, caring, loving husband, father, brother, son and friends to many. He loves to cook and socialize with people. A person you can approach anytime and would never say no.
There is no measure of sadness, sorrow and loss in his passing to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew, loved him and never forgotten.
