He was raised on a farm and was one of nine children. Cuco moved to Las Vegas mid ‘60s and worked in food and beverage. In the '70s, he visited relatives in Santa Maria, Jalisco Mexico and realized the residents were in poor living conditions. Throughout the ‘80s and '90s Cuco aided many Mexican families from poverty and helped many prosper. He also assisted many people from Tlacuitapa and Durango. He gave people employment, education, taught them English, and showed them how to become good citizens, and helped many gain citizenship. He was a kind and generous person who gave tremendously and asked for nothing in return. For these reasons and many more, he was a Pioneer. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
Cuco is survived by siblings Elena, Albert, Lorraine Escoto. As well as many family members in Las Vegas, California, and Mexico.
