A visitation for Phyllis will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129. Following the visitation will be a chapel committal service from 12:00 PM to 12:40 PM at Southern Nevada Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veteran's Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
