Hey Pete, I'm going out to shooting with some friends and I stumbled on that map you shared back in 2018.  It reminded me of you. You'll always be with me in memory, take care and easy my friend.

I was so sorry to learn of Pete's passing.  I remember him from Florida where you lived upstairs from us at the Aegean Towers.
When Button called me I was shocked, still thinking of him as  Airmen upstairs.

I sat next to Peter for several years at Diamond Resorts in the Creative Services department and I feel truly lucky to have called him my friend. Peter could always make me laugh, even in serious situations! There is one memory that will always stand out for me - One morning I came in very early and it was just Pete and I in the office.  He was standing near my desk talking to me when he suddenly stopped talking and collapsed, hitting his head on the way down. I called an ambulance, 
administered first aid and filled out an incident report. Fortunately,  he was fine,  aside from a pretty large gash in his head, requiring a few staples. But a couple of days later when he returned to work,  he told me that security needed to see me,  they had some "issues" with my incident report, as my story didn't match his.  Peter then showed me a copy of the incident report he said he turned in,  where he said I "viciously" attacked him by hitting him in the back of the head with a bat. He even put a miniature bat on my desk to help his story! He nearly had me in tears before he busted up laughing. 😀
Just this summer,  Pete came to visit the place I now work and told all my co-workers about the time I hit him in the head with a bat! I'll miss him and all of his stories... even the ones he completely made up. 

Very saddened to hear this news sat here in the UK.
I (as well as my wife Nicola, also worked at Diamond) became friends with Peter as I travelled regularly to USA for work with Diamond Resorts (also working on business projects too), I always ended every trip meeting the team in which he worked and sharing UK candy and treats as thank you gifts.  Peter was the guy I hoped I would become one day, so calm, so helpful, such a great guy, was always envious of his knowledge.  He impacted my family too making dollar-bill origami figures for my kids who loved them and always asked for them as I would return home to UK.  He also taught me (bizarrely!) to shoot a range of weapons in the Nevada desert, an experience I will never forget, and being British,  we don't often go to the local WallMart, buy multiple boxes of bullets and two shopping carts full of water melons for a day out shooting! LOL! A wonderful man, who most likely his family won't even know he touched our lives over here in UK, but wanted to send our wishes and thoughts to the family and share a memory or two you probably do not know about.  Simply amazing guy, you will be missed, so happy to have spent my time with you buddy!  Steve & Nicola Dow. 



I’ll remember Peter for being such a positive person and always with a smile. If we were on a call I could hear his smile and couldn’t help but smile too!  He was a bright light. Keep on shining my friend. You’ll be missed. ❤️🙏🏼

A beautiful service today. Peter was a thoughtful and caring individual. He certainly made an impact and built a beautiful life. He will always be remembered.

I worked with Peter for many years while at Diamond Resorts; he was based in Vegas and I in Orlando.  As the EA to the former CEO of Diamond, I often had to seek Peter's help as Project Manager - he always treated me with kindness!  I didn't realize he had passed until I've learned it from my friend Keri. Stankiewicz family: I'm truly sorry for your loss.  May God comfort you and keep you in this most difficult of times.

Kathy I'm sorry I couldn't be there in person today but I attended the service virtually.  You so beautifully captured Peter from the stories (he loved to make people laugh), to the music and pictures.  Pete meant a lot to so many people. I know that he made a difference in my life and I will cherish all of the memories I have.  

My dear friend, I am going to miss your wit and laughter. I am going to miss you walking into Ray's house and throwing your phone with the money clip attached and trusting me not to swipe it, lol I am going to miss getting ssshhhhh during movie night when the girls and I were talking in the backyard, lol I am just going to miss you period! Kathy and family,. I'm so sorry to hear of Pete's passing.  I worked with him in Las Vegas and he took the photos at my wedding.  Hope you find comfort in your memories of him.

Dearest Kathy,
It’s the little things that people do or say that stay with you the longest and impact you the most. When my family first first met yours, Cassia was a new baby and your sweet sons were four and one. I remember you told me you don’t put your kids in cages that’s why you didn’t have a playpen, and I’m happy to tell you none of my kids or grandkids have ever been in cages. But the thing I remember most about Pete is how he was such a good and patient dad even when Connor was a wiggling and squirming two-year-old at Cassia‘s first birthday party.  The other cool happy thing that always sticks with me about Pete was he didn’t eat the pizza crusts and he put them back in the box and he called them “pizza bones”. I always eat my crusts last  and every time I do I always  think of Pete’s “pizza bones”.  I always think of you guys as together the nicest and most loving parents of children and the sweetest most loving people to each other. Earth’s loss is heavens gain, and our hearts miss those who go on before us. A best friend who is also a husband is a blessing from God, and anyone who ever knew you guys  knows that your  love is for all eternity. May peace and comfort come to you from God and your family. You are blessings from heaven, now and for eternity. Hugs.

Kathy, we are so sorry for your loss.  It is so hard to find words that will comfort you at a time like this, no words can take away the sorrow you feel.  Just know you are very close in every thought and prayer.  Our deepest sympathy and condolences to you and the kids.
