I just learned of Percy passing, and my heart broke. I am so sorry for your loss; he meant a lot to me and my family.

I considered Percy a friend from our company.  We shared a birthday--June 5th.  
It was great to visit him in his office by Nellis AFB.  He was such a friendly person and always willing to help and share a few laughs!

I wanted to let his family know he is missed by his co-workers and myself.  God bless and keep him in the afterlife.
