Peggy Peg D. Sanborn Barron

Peggy D. Barron, a billing assistant, of Las Vegas, passed away June 25, 2011. She was born May 12, 1947, in Los Angeles, and was a 46-year resident of Nevada. Our beloved Peggy was married to her husband, Dom, for 45 years. She was a homemaker who selflessly gave to her children and family. When her children were older, she became a billing assistant for the Review-Journal newspaper, where she worked for nearly 20 years. Peggy loved music and dancing and spending time with her mother, Bette, who was her best friend. Peggy instilled the importance of education in her sons, who all went on to graduate from college. We will always remember her warm, beautiful smile and caring heart. We will miss her deeply and gain comfort in knowing she is shining down on us above. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleon and Bette Nedrow; and stepson, Donald Barron. Peggy is survived by her husband, Dom Barron; her brother, Ron Nedrow; sons, Michael, Jason and Jon; her grandchildren, Sara and Nicholas and stepchildren, Debbie, Sandy and Andre. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 3, at Palm Mortuary-Downtown, 1325 N. Main St.
