Paul Dean Southers

Paul Dean Southers, age 76, of Henderson, went home to be with His Heavenly Father Sept. 21, 2013. He was born Oct. 5, 1936, in Orange, Calif. He graduated from Basic High School in 1956 and attended Orange Coast College. He was a civil engineer until his retirement. He loved being around people, telling his stories and touring our beautiful state of Nevada. He also loved spending the summer at the beach cabin in Washington. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Anne; his sister, Donna; brother, Skip; two daughters; three stepdaughters; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 Ss Eastern Ave. Memorial contributions may be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice or Green Valley Presbyterian Church.
