Pamela Bell passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada Friday September first 2023 at 76 years old. She lived in Las Vegas most of her life and married the love of her life Lloyd Bell in 1971. He was the undersheriff at the time and they had two daughters together Ashley and Courtney. They had a love story like no other and our only solace is that they will be reunited again in heaven.
Pamela was involved in many creative ventures throughout her life including creating miniatures and dollhouses, doll making, refinishing antiques, color analysis and make up, and making and selling gourmet chocolates. When her husband retired from law enforcement, they went into the women’s shoe business and ended up owning 13 stores in the hotels. Pamela went on to become an aesthetician and they had a family salon business where her daughters Courtney did hair and Ashley did nails.
Pamela’s greatest joy was becoming a grandmother shortly after her husband’s passing. She loved her grandchildren so much and had fun planning cozy gourmet dinners, game nights, trips to the beach and Zion, story telling, and sharing so many precious memories with them.
Her grandchildren were her inspiration in becoming a children’s book author. She wrote a 10 book series called “The Baily Triplets”, each one teaching a valuable lesson in rhyme.
She was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her beautiful soul, unique style, amazing cooking, infectious laugh, and her very essence will be forever missed. She leaves behind her five heartbroken grandchildren and her two daughters who have lost the heart and soul of their family.
A funeral service for Pamela will be held Monday, September 11, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Palm Downtown Mortuary, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at 1:00 PM at Palm Downtown Cemetery, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
