Morris Morgan, 83, of Henderson, passed away July 11, 2011. He was born March 12, 1928, in Arkansas. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary; children, Rebecca (Jim) Lawrence, Lyn (Russell) DiBernardo, Buzzy (Alta) Morgan, Wanda Trask, Dan Morgan, and Sandy (Chris) Schuchmann; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Morris was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. Morris and Mary enjoyed their retirement together by traveling extensively in Europe, Asia, and South America, fulfilling their dreams of seeing the world together. A celebration of his life will be held at the Morgan residence on Saturday afternoon.
