Michael Wayne Baca

Michael Wayne Baca was born on March 20, 1992 in Las Vegas, NV and passed away May 17, 2018 in Edmond, OK where he was attending the University of Oklahoma School of Law. Michael was the second child and only son of Dennis Wayne Baca and Carla Rosalie Baca. He grew up in Las Vegas and graduated from CSN High School in 2010. After high school Michael attended the University of Nevada Reno, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Michael returned home to Las Vegas after graduation and took a two year break from school. He was accepted to the University of Oklahoma School of Law for the 2016 fall semester. Michael relocated to Oklahoma with his long-term girlfriend Sheila Megehee, where he would work to achieve his law degree and she would work to achieve her veterinary degree. Michael Wayne Baca is survived by his parents, Dennis and Carla Baca; his older sister and her husband, Kailey and John Martinez, and their children, Jay, Presley, Jaxon and Grace; and his long-term girlfriend of eight years, Sheila Megehee.

His memorial service will be held on June 9, 2018 at 10 AM at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held immediately following at Wild Truffles, 7905 W Sahara Suite #106, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
